I got together with a good friend Nate who is a Dodson dealer and has been quietly building some monster GTRs for the past few years. Bill’s car has an HKS GT800 kit along with an array of transmission upgrades and supporting mods. Nate did an incredible job with this car and the results speak for themselves. Nate claims the car isn’t fast… but he lives on a different planet.

On race fuel Nate expects the car to be capable of much more, and considering the power we were seeing with each additional pound of boost, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s another 100whp in the car with the right fuel.


We were able to dyno this GTR in 2WD without any drama. In fact, dyno-ing these cars in 2WD only is best for the AWD system.
