This was a really fun day tuning, because we had the time to entirely map out each individual cam table in the K-Pro ECU. I’ve put together a plot of the peak power while tuning of each of the 10 degree intake cam increments:


Usually this is not the case, but in this instance 30 degrees was almost perfect across the board. Generally, the longer duration the intake cam, the less intake cam travel you will use throughout the RPM band.



The final numbers will slightly higher, as I spent some time mapping the ignition and perfecting the fueling:
