This is one wild E30, with not only a big M54 engine in a tiny chassis, but also a fully custom SG-Motorsport wiring harness ViPEC V88 (designed for expansion for a future M3 V8), a Vortech supercharger, a custom oval exhaust system, accusump, oil cooler and more. Shereef is building quite the wild E30 M3 with this project.
It may not look like much in this picture, but once all of the bodywork was finished this car looked AWESOME.
One thing I’ve always liked about the ViPEC is how well it starts and runs the car. The engine started right up, and had incredible tip-in engine response even before any tuning. The tuning session went well on the dyno, with all functions including VANOS working as designed. The engine ended up making great power at 8 pounds of boost:
