CSCS Round 2 went down and the OnPoint tuned boys were at it again. Grand-Bend is an exciting track, one that I have never given enough credit to. Watching video from there it really seems like a quick, flowing track. It makes me want to take Kels out there!
Vince Strati again took 1st in Street RWD, beating out Jun Ann’s S2000 by about 6 tenths
Mike Gardner had to settle for 2nd in SS RWD, getting beat out by Riaan in his C5 vette. Car looked mean out there though, and sounds awesome as always! Mike is planning to come in for those larger injectors and a bigger MAF soon so that we can tune it for some more power. Here is some in-car video with mike:
Andrew Cassidy finally beat out my old friend Jim Kutschke’s beautiful FD RX7, and took the unlimited RWD win. Congrats Andew! He got the win in with a 54.221, setting a new RWD track record there. Here is some of Andrew’s in-car:
And congrats to Brad Paauw for finishing 3rd in the drift comp:
Thanks to Charles Spivak for the awesome photos as always, and thanks to the guys at Can-Jam for putting on another awesome event.
